A lightweight semi transparent (low opacity) waxed tissue paper. This grade of waxed paper is good for handling food, i.e. pâtisserie and bakery items such as pastries and doughnuts. It is designed to be used as a handling paper when serving customers. The waxed tissue paper sheets are supplied in a cardboard box for easy use. Because waxed tissue is a lightweight paper it is not suitable for wrapping foods with a high moisture content. It is often used for food on the go where the food item is in contact with the paper for a short period of time.
